When you apply, you confirm that the information and work links you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Sending an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview.
Information we use
We use the details you submit to assess your fit, contact you and manage the hiring process. This can include your email address, Discord user ID, experience, portfolio and resume links, role answers, availability, interview selection and application status.
Screening and review
Applications are checked by a local spam filter and may be scored against role criteria. Applications classified as spam are held for team review and are not sent to the AI provider. Other applications may be reviewed with AI services. AI claims are connected to the exact application evidence used for the review. These tools support the hiring team. A person reviews applications and makes hiring decisions. AI does not make the final decision.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare, Discord and Z.AI to protect submissions, verify contact details and support application reviews. Application records are stored securely within our systems.
Storage and security
Access is limited to the team and services involved in hiring. Spam records are normally kept for 7 days, incomplete unverified records for 1 day, closed records for 180 days and other application records for up to 365 days. We may keep a record longer when needed for resolving a dispute or meeting a legal requirement.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your application data by emailing [email protected]. We may ask for information that confirms your identity before completing a request.
Site content
The names, logos, artwork and content on this site belong to Mystery Town Studios or their respective owners. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

We may update this page when the careers site or hiring process changes. The date above shows the latest version.
